Hey everyone, Ms Mustache here, got some info about the newest Entrepreneur skill.
Entrepreneur, a skill where when you read it out loud for the first time, you have no idea how to pronounce it. That's because it's French. The word Entrepreneur was first used in 1852. A definition of Entrepreneur is as follows: one who organizes, manages, and assumes the risks of a business or enterprise. In other words an Entrepreneur is a dude who runs his own business and comes up with his own ideas. Usually when we talk Entrepreneur we're talking about small businesses but it can be big.
Entrepreneur was not an idea from Saxons AMA page; DYI actually has been developing it for the last couple of months. Indiana was the organizer of this one. In fact he is the CEO of DIY so he has lots of experience with running a business. This one was all Indiana. Indiana wrote the description and created the challenges.
You might ask about the design. What are all those light bulbs for? Lightbulbs, what? Well no need to fear, we have the answer. It's a homage to Thomas Edison, the guy who created the lightbulbs and that was his own idea; he started his own business from that. Pretty cool idea right?
Well all you entrepreneur-wanna-bes. All you have to do is think of an awesome selling idea and this skill will be easy. I've started my own business about sk8boarding. It's gonna be an ECA at an actual school. Wanna check it out? Go to www.sk8ersjakarta.webs.com I'm really excited. Down the bottom are some tips on getting started.
Start with something simple. Like selling small things online. An Entrepreneur can be as simple as having a small lemonade stand or as big as owning Coca Cola.
Find a place to do all your business work. A desk in your room is good start.
Find some people to help. You can always ask friend and family to give you a helping hand.
Do something you love because then you'll be passionate about it.
